Present the work on the adoption and implementation of proper processes of eviction compatible with national and international standards, and provide information to the public about the protection against forceful eviction and the rights and procedures related to it – for example, appropriate notice, access to information about the reason for the eviction and its modalities, public consultations and opportunities to contest the eviction decision and present alternative proposals.
