GENEVA (9 April 2020) - Statement by Michelle Bachelet, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, in an informal briefing to the Human Rights Council on COVID-19.

Michelle Bachelet called for urgent and detailed action to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic from creating “even wider inequalities and extensive suffering”.
