24 September 2012 - OHCHR's Cambodia Country Office has reported an increase in technical cooperation and assistance with the Royal Government of Cambodia in the UN Secretary-General's latest report to be presented to the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva this week. The report, which sets out OHCHR's assistance to the Government, judiciary, civil society and communities, highlights positive human rights developments, as well as areas of concern including persistant land disputes, restrictions on freedom of expression and an increase in the use of live ammunition against protesters.
