19 March 2008 - The Special Representative of the Secretary-General for human rights in Cambodia, Professor Yash Ghai, today presents his report on Cambodia to the Human Rights Council as part of an interactive dialogue with the members of the Council. The Royal Government of Cambodia has a right to reply during the meeting. Download the report in English or Khmer.
