PHNOM PENH (30 March 2016) – OHCHR's newest analysis looks at key aspects of the draft Trade Union Law to ensure its compliance with international human rights standards and aims to contribute constructive elements to the drafting process. OHCHR offers this analysis in the belief that the draft Law holds direct implications in the ability of people to form and join trade unions, which is an inherent part of the right to freedom of association.
