10 December 2007 – The Special Representative for human rights in Cambodia ended his fourth mission to the country today. He earlier took part in celebrations at Wat Phnom to mark international human rights day. Professor Ghai will present his next report to the Human Rights Council in Geneva in March 2008. More detail in English or Khmer.
