GENEVA (29 September 2015) – The UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Cambodia, Professor Rhona Smith, is to present her 2015 annual report to the Human Rights Council. Ms. Smith recently concluded her inaugural mission to Cambodia on 17-24 September 2015, and will reflect the findings of her mission into her presentation of the report. The tentative time for her inter-active dialogue with the Council is 15:00 (20:00 in Cambodia) – subject to change without notice depending on the pace of the Council's proceedings.
