18 August 2009 - The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) and the International Labour Organization (ILO) welcome the decision of the Court of Appeal yesterday to order further investigation into the murder of trade union leader, Chea Vichea, in January 2004.
